Manang Marshyangdi Club is a Nepali professional football club based in Swayambhu, Kathmandu, known as MMC is one of the most popular sports club in Nepal, which plays in the town of Katmandu. The club is one of the most successful soccer club in Nepalese football, in terms of trophies won by a Nepali club. They share the top spot for winning National League along with Ranipokhari Corner Team (RCT), winning 6 National Leagues each.
This season High flying LH Manang Marshyangdi is expected to leave no stone unturned to start the Red Bull A Division League. Having won Ncell Cup football tournament and 2nd Safal Pokhara Cup football tournament in a month gap, Manange are looking highly motivated ahead of the championship.
The coach of LH MMC, Krishna Thapa looks excited to start new chapter with the club.
“I am ready for the new chapter. We won Ncell Cup and 2nd Safal Pokhara Cup but that is past now. We have to focus on present. I am happy that my boys kept their fitness level intact during festive break”, Thapa said.
“We are excited to open the campaign in a brighter note and I think we just need to maintain our tempo to sideline Sankata Club”, added Thapa.
